Julia Cremin Wyman, special counsel to the Firm, concentrates her practice in the areas of drug and medical device litigation, medical malpractice and pharmaceutical litigation in the Firm's Mass Tort Group.  Ms. Wyman helped develop Ury & Moskow's mass tort litigation practice, and she continues to play a key role in the Firm's national reputation for successfully handling this sophisticated, complex and specialized work.

Admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1997 and New York Bar in 1998, Ms. Wyman received her J.D. from Western New England College School of Law in 1997 where she was a member of the National Moot Court Team.  Ms. Wyman was awarded her B.S., with Honors, from Central Connecticut State University in 1992.  Ms. Wyman is a certified member of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

A well-respected lawyer on the national stage, Ms. Wyman served as Plaintiff Liaison Counsel for the State of Connecticut for the In Re: Diet Drug Litigation.  In addition to her work for clients, Ms. Wyman writes and lectures frequently.  Among her representative publications and seminars are "Deposition Technique in Pharmaceutical Products Liability Case: Valvular Abnormalities and Abnormalities of the Heart Associated with Use of Fen-Phen," Matthew Bender & Co., Inc. October, 1999 and Instructor, Mealey's Conference on Phenlypropanolamine, 2001 and Adult Catholic Education, Saint Joseph Cathedral, Hartford 1993-1994.

Ms. Wyman is a member of the Hartford County Bar Association, American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyer's Association and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
